Great food, great service.

Service really wasn't that good. And it was kind of like a home kitchen restaurant, but the food was definitely not like homemade food. I had breakfast and I think it was probably the worst breakfast that I've had.

We have always been seated right away.Never a wait for a seat or food.great breakfast spot.

Dinner Chops were breakfast chops and strip steak at 16.99 had to be no bigger than 6-8oz and asked for medium rare and received well done. Didn't make an issue but would not recommend or return

Awesome meal. Tender Chicken fried steak. Sausage gravy to die for. Absolutely worth coming here. Best meal I've had in a long time.

Everything was great, except the time they open. I started looking for food at 6:30, and they don't open till 7:30. So I had to come back when they opened.

The salmon florentine was excellent l asked for extra spinach and l was very pleased often people overcook salmon. Not at the kitchen. My salmon was cooked perfectly and it was a generous peice of salmon. I could not have been more pleased. Also the service was excellent.

Great food and service! They also have a bar in the right room when you walk in. Left room is for families. However, I did feel the booths tables were too tall and tight. I would still come back for the good food.

Went in for breakfast. The coffee was fresh and hot. Service was great and surprised how quick it arrived. Recommend the steak and eggs, although the Irish skillet looked really good too.

This restaurant has a comfortable, community feel to it. Many people from within Cedar Lake stop in for coffee, chatter, and laughter. They may leave, but return for a meal later on in the day. We went to Cedar Lake Kitchen for breakfast. Our waitress was very friendly. She seemed to be every where at once. Drinks are passed out. Food orders taken. Drinks refilled. Food orders presented to guests.Refill drinks again. Anything missing, no? During this entire time our waitress had been professionally been taking care of other guests at different tables. This is why Cedar Lake Kitchen is a fantastic restaurant to enjoy a meal. You will find excellent service with fantastic food at good prices.

I thought that you cannot really screw up breakfast... I was wrong. This place certainly can. Dry pancakes, average biscuits and gravy. Awful lemon rice soup with stale dinner rolls. Will never go back and I would never recommend to a friend. Extremely disappointed.

This place has great food. On Fridays they have awesome potato cheese soup and their country skillet is the bomb. Always clean and great service. Highly recommend!!!

This is the local diner and a breakfast gathering place. Lunch too I assume. I meet friends here for breakfast at times. The food is good, fair priced and the staff is friendly. The one improvement all of these kinds of diners need is to upgrade their coffee quality. I'm sorry but the days of getting by with Folgers industrial coffee are gone. You need to know that you are losing business with bad to ordinary coffee. But the food was good...

Food is okay and the service is pretty good. I dont care much for their dinner options but they do offer breakfast all day so usually order an omelette. Most of the time you get your food in less than 10 minutes.

My fiancee and i get breakfast here at least twice a week. He gets the Hercules, and I mix it up everytime. We've never been disappointed. Great pricing as well.
